The SIBUSO brand was created as a result of the synergy of the Polish leader in the production of equipment for the safe storage and internal distribution of diesel fuel - the company SWIMER from Toruń and the Swiss company FMT based in the city of Cham.

SIBUSO brand products are bunded (double-walled) tanks made of high-quality polyethylene, with a dispenser system, for the storage and internal distribution of diesel fuel and meeting the requirements of the Machinery Directive No. 2006/42 / EC. They are products with a complex technical configuration mainly referring to the requirements used for machines. This is due to the tank function adopted by the manufacturer, not only for storage, but also for fuel distribution. Hence, the construction of tanks includes technical solutions specific to machines, such as drives, power supply, flows, control.

Every machine placed on the market or put into service must meet the requirements of the Machinery Directive, and therefore must be marked with the CE mark.
What does the machinery directive mean? Distribution systems ready for installation in SWIMER tanks descend from modern FMT production lines, which has been marginalized waste of packaging, energy and time. The number of suppliers has also been limited - all elements of the distribution system come from one manufacturer.

SIBUSO tanks are made by rotomoulding, a technique for forming plastics based on thermal treatment in rotary kilns. The rotomoulding is divided into 2 or more parts. In the first step, it is covered with plastic powder or granules, and then placed in an oven (temperature around 300 ° C). After removing from the oven, the mold is then rotated about two axes so that the liquid material settles on the walls of the mold. Then the mold is cooled and opened, the finished product is pulled out.
